Camp Registration

Types of Programs

Affiliated/ECU-Sponsored Program Registration

A camp, clinic, activity, or program conducted by the University. The program may be associated with any University unit, department, or organization and may be hosted on or off University Property. Note: Student organizations are treated as Third Party entities, but must complete the Standards of Conduct Form. Exclusions can be found in Section 5: Limitations and Exclusions of the Minors on Campus Regulation.

Third Party/External Programs Registration

A camp, clinic, activity, or program conducted by a Third Party individual or organization. The program is not associated with the University except that the External Program is operated on University Property. A Third Party Program is a Covered Program under the Minors on Campus Regulation. Note: Student Organizations and private athletic camps hosted by ECU staff are treated as Third Party entities.

Excluded Program Safety Registration

Section 5. Limitations and Exclusions of the Minors on Campus Regulation denotes all instances when minor-serving programs might be limited or excluded from oversight by the YPCO; however, in order to share data with ECU Police, Admissions, and Management Team about times in which minors are on campus, this optional registration form has been created. An example of an included program is a time or situation when a program is hosted by ECU, but the minors present are being supervised by or in the custody of a parent, guardian, K-12 teacher, or other responsible adult not associated with a Covered Program.

If the Youth Programs and Camps Coordinator determines that your program is an excluded program, please still register the event in the Excluded Program Safety Registration.
